By using this tool to create my speaker preview video, I expressly confirm the following:
- That I am the person in the generated video and the actual speaker of the presentation referenced in the video, or that I am authorized to act on behalf of the respective speaker for the purpose of creating the video.
- That the uploaded photo and provided voice sample belong to me, or that I have obtained all necessary rights, consents, and permissions to use these materials on behalf of the respective speaker for the purpose of creating the video.
- That I will not use this tool or the speaker preview video for any unlawful, deceptive, or unethical purposes, including but not limited to impersonation, spreading misinformation, or violating the rights of third parties.
- I understand that, when the speaker preview video is published, I have to disclose that it was generated using an AI system.
I acknowledge that any violation of these terms may result in legal consequences and/or the suspension or termination of my access to the tool.
