Abstract
This online training course provides EBIR contributors with the knowledge and skills to be able to write effective A-Type questions (single best answer multiple choice questions) for the General Clinical Practice Examination section of the European Board of Interventional Radiology (EBIR) examination.
The course is divided into 5 video presentations. The videos provide an introduction to the EBIR examination, and explain how to write effective A-type questions and how to write effective options for these questions. The course goes into detail about which technical flaws to avoid when writing these questions, and finally provides an overview on the responsibility of being an A-type question contributor for the EBIR examination. This course is available to EBIR holders only.

The format of the course is easy to use and interactive by including texts, graphics, videos and a quiz to support your learning. The course duration is around one hour and is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to award 1 European CME credit (ECMEC).
Upon enrollment, access to complete and revisit the course is granted for an unlimited period. The certificate of completion will be available in the course and in the new myCIRSE area.
